Welcome to Dream2Launch. I am Amy Coello and I’m really excited. I am excited for you, because I’m about to take you deep into the world of the most amazing business launch ever. I can tell you that from experience. I have been a start-up consultant since 2002 and have launched many start-ups and my last start up bringing in $1.5MM on my first venture capital round, and helping the company grow to a $10MM portfolio in less than a year. I did it with the principles and business practices that I am going to show you in this training series.

Now, I know that you guys don’t have $1.5MM laying around to launch a software company, BUT . . .I can show you how to launch your dream with a little bit of cash. I know because I have worked with entrepreneurs who were on what I call the “shoe-string” budget. I also have seen God move in ways that were unbelievable just to bring the money in for the next step of their business launch. I worked with a company in 2011 who had very little money and we helped them start on $55!!! They didn’t even have a website! We simply started sending out emails about their service. They made one sell with that email and then bought their domain name. It was the most humble beginnings you could ever imagine. Since then they have gone on to sell thousands of dollars of product.

Even in starting this ministry we didn’t have a lot of money. God guided us step by step, but we used the same process in starting companies to starting this ministry. The issues I find is that a lot of people hear God and know they have a ministry or a message inside of them, but they do not have the business skills it takes to maintain and become a viable ministry. So, whether you called to a ministry, product, service, or even an invention. The skills are the same as a business start up launch. We will show you how to it in your free time or even just teach you HOW to make free time!

More importantly, we are going to take the stress out of it. We are a group going in the same direction and you might even meet people that want to align with and share your email or client list with. We are going to learn how to launch and it not feel like “work” but more like “play” You are no longer alone. This is where you will bounce ideas off each other and maybe share platform products like autoresponders and CRMs

What we are looking for are low start up costs, very high margins, very low risk because of that low cost, you can build your ministry or business with almost no team. But who wants to do that! We will all work together going through each phase of the launch. You’ve got potential for huge returns, you can reach a huge market, its almost like your returns aren’t limited, within reason. Jesus is your business partner and Holy Spirit your business consultant . . .me? . .I am just a liaison . . .

I am going to show you how to start your business or ministry from scratch. That is what this course is about. Now, its not just about me. One thing you have to understand is I don’t have a magic wand. When I started out I had ZERO sales experience, I had ZERO tech experience, I had no writing experience, no video experience, no entrepreneurial experience. In fact, I had been in the legal field for many years. All I knew was . . .law. I specialized in intellectual property law, which was helpful and of course my legal experience has been helpful. But God will use all of our experiences to help us through and show us where the next step is and where the money is for that next step!

I launched my first company in 1999 and I went from the law firm to opening a marketing company. Huge disaster! I just didn’t have the skills yet to understand HOW to grow and HOW to know if I would be viable in my area, HOW to price my product. I learned a lot from that ugly word “failure” but you and I both know that the word failure just means “growth” My second company was launched in 2001 and it was a legal services company and after learning what NOT to do. . .it was a success. I then went on to help others launch their dreams many times over. Most of my studies in business over the years has been to understand why some succeed and why some fail. I watch and I study. A lot of them fail and have failed and will fail. I even consulted a group that was very successful and they started spending their earnings in the wrong places and it blew up their business. I want to help you walk through those land mines.

I’ve put all of that into this course, its all in the Dream2Launch. My students have had amazing success over the years. I know what it takes to succeed in business and I am going to show you. Why am I doing this in a Dream Interpretation group? Well, I realized that many many people were given their assignment and call in a dream. But then let it die in their dream journals because they didn’t have the ability to put that dream into action. They didn’t have the community to understand.

The most amazing thing I have seen is how God can grow a ministry or business but giving business strategies in dreams. Yes, we are a bit different from most business masterminds, but our focus here is to help figure those dreams out and put them into action. This is the critical y for receiving revelation through dreams . .doing something. So I am taking my professional training and my spiritual training and making them ONE. When God showed me this vision I almost came undone. I realized at that moment why I spent so much time in the corporate world and in ministry. They really are one and the same. I see so many ministries just fall to the way side because they just didn’t have the business skills to make it happen. They also felt alone in the process. God gave me the solution and this is the manifestation of that dream and vision. And now I a want to help you do the same.

Like I said, I am incredibly excited because something that makes me really passionate is helping people start their business or ministry. In fact, I am addicted to launching. Family and friends used to ask me all the time, “Amy why do you jump from one contract to another” because I am not a maintainer. I am a visionary and I am addicted to watching people hear God, receive a message for the world, and put it into action. I love the excitement of seeing God come through. I think entrepreneurs are the future of this world. They are the ones getting out there creating change, contributing to the world, creating jobs. I also think marketing is a key component that most don’t understand.

I think online ministry leaders and entrepreneurs are the new generation. So I get really passionate about it and really excited about the possibility, almost assured, of you having a great business if you just go through this course and follow it step by step. And we have made it very step by step. I have sat down with my team, I have spent tons of time planning this thing out and its going to rock it out for you. You will have the success you saw in your dream, in your vision, in your heart. God put that desire in your heart. Stop asking if this is really Him. We have to move past, “is this you God” Get bold. Get courageous. Get serious.

I get told a lot while traveling and speaking, “Amy, I would love to do what you do” and guess what, you can. You absolutely can. I live my dream!

My message right now in this season of my life is to shake people loose from the “American dream” (get up, go to work, come home, eat dinner, watch TV) and grab onto HIS dream for you. That dream that changes your life and changes the lives of those around you. God never asked you to work for the American dream. He wants you to be a mover and a shaker. People say, “yes Amy, I am not satisfied in my life, how do I do it? How do I get free from all the maintaining the stuff” I am not saying you have to sell your house and get an RV and live on the road.

But what I am saying is that maybe you are maintaining a lot more than God is requiring of you. Maybe you are maintaining debts He never wanted you to have. The American dream makes us get caught up in stuff. Peace and Joy is the kingdom of God. Fulfilling your call and purpose is the kingdom dream. How can we do that when we are stuck in a 9-5 8 to 10 hour days? Sure maybe you are a witness to those in your 9-5 jobs . . .but God called us to be free and he called us to be Kings. The world should work for us, not us working for the world. Make no mistake, god is going to use you wherever you are. But if you have a Holy unsatisfaction in your life . . .God is about to move on your heart and give you a message. Stop with the excuses. Don’t be afraid to lose it all. Because losing it all for HIS message is gaining peace and joy.

So the other question I get is, “how do I know what my message is?” Easy . . .we ask God to reveal it. Then we wait and we prepare. We have an amazing dream team that will be ready and willing to interpret your dream and help you put that into action. Once you start paying attention to your dreams . .they come like a floodgate was opened.

Another question I get is “how do I know if there is a market for my idea? Or there are already so many ministers ministering on that subject” I remember telling God the same thing. The world doesn’t need another dream interpreter. I said, I will do this, but you have to give me a different message. I can’t be an echo. Guess what . . He met me right where I needed Him to. This course was birthed out of that frustration. And God will do the same for you. God has a remnant of people that need to hear YOUR message with YOUR voice and YOUR experiences. You will impact those that God will assign. Never even thinking about “others” in your field or subject or business. We get rid of that comparison demon.

Pretty much all of my success comes down to two things. One is I've always focused on building that list and two only take what God tells you to market. They are both really important. Audience, product. Listen, your ministry message to the world is a product. It is something that the world will have to buy, if they don’t buy it, it won’t impact them. We have to build a list to build your audience. God will bring them. You just have to follow the steps and pray.

So, some of the expectation of what you can get out of this course. First, I want to remove the veil of confusion. It can get so overwhelming and confusing on where do I start, how do I start, what do I start. There are many voices screaming at you and vying for your time and attention. So I break it down for you in weekly achievements. Yes, there are tons of ways to do this. But you are here, you are who God brought to this course. Just like you will experience when you start. I want to give you a solid actionable plan that you can easily apply to any type of market. LETS GET STARTED. THE TIME IS NOW.

So, in terms of the overall course plan, we are going to develop your business strategy. That includes finding your message, identifying your target audience, determining your positioning and creating your message or product.

We are going to create a powerful online presence for you. I have over 54K followers (at this time of this filming) so I know what I am talking about and I know the steps I took to get there. That includes your website creation, hosting, list building, email management, landing pages and sales pages.
We are going to ignite your traffic, your visibility and your results in areas like social media, search engine optimization, partner marketing and content marketing.

So the training format is each session is going to include training videos like this, I’ve got my RV WALL chalk board here so I am going to be doing some drawing on my chalkboard, and then we are going to have some screen capture videos so you can actually see my computer screen. We are also going to have some of the videos that will be done by some of my team. We will also have surprise guests and webinars monthly.
There is also an area to post the comments and questions for each video for you to interact with other course members. We’re going to give you resource guides and checklists. We’ll give you action worksheets. We will have bonus video tutorials, some real nitty gritty how to, how to set up different things online where its sort of more nitty gritty tactical and we’ll walk you thru that stuff.

So in conclusion, the one thing is, please, don’t be intimidated. We’re going to take you step by step and it’s all about the baby steps. It’s not about having a million dollar business in the first month. It’s about baby steps.

If you have this thing in the back of your head saying, “this isn’t going to to work for me” or “this seems so complicated” please, suspend your disbelief just for a few minutes. Just suspend your disbelief and just trust the process.

I started ministry out of the impossible. When God called me to John Paul Jackson ministries it was out of a year of being pulled out of ministry over lies and gossip. I was told I would never be in ministry ever. I was actually told by a pastor that he would make sure I did nothing in ministry unto his last breath. That was a physical manifestation of the devil. The worst thing, I believed him. So I sat quietly, working online doing dream interpretation and that is how John Paul found me and pulled me out of obscurity. The same can and will happen to you. It is of no surprise that you are here with me today God led you here and there is a reason. It would have been less time in turmoil had I known to keep believing for more and keep believing God would promote me out of that lie. So my call to you is to tell you that there is more and that you do not have to listen to the lies of the enemy. Suspend your disbelief and trust the process.

We are going to show you how to measure your success. That’s really important. Measuring results is sooo important. Did you know I found out that most people find me by youtube? And at the time I only had one video teaching up. Guess what, instead of throwing money else where, we threw money there. Measuring is important so you don’t waste money and time. I found that every time I did a radio show interview, I got a jump in social media “likes” that is important to watch. We teach you how to do that.

This is a path. Like I said, I have no magic wand. You can follow this same path. Just suspend your disbelief, take the baby steps were going to show you here. This course is literally 100 times more refined than the way I had to learn. We have 100s of hours for you. I can’t tell you how much work my team and I have put into trying to condense this into a short easy to follow as possible. But this is 100 times more refined than the training I got. But I had to go through that so I could receive my breaker anointing. That anointing that happens when I show up in someone’s life that is experiencing the same attack and I break through the enemies grasp and bring them person out and into freedom and truth.

Everywhere the enemy has attacked you and you have overcome, you receive a breaker anointing. That anointing comes over you to turn around and pull someone out of the same situation. To minister to their heart. To bring them hope that they CAN and WILL get to the other side of this.
